Please note the following:

• All first time clients will need a consultation to assess targeted area(s) and to discuss which service(s) would work best for them.

• To avoid confusion and complications, we must first determine whether you are a candidate for the services offered.

• There is a $40.00 non-refundable fee for the initial consultation.

• Due to privacy concerns, personal information can not be discussed via text. Such information is discussed in person to address any private questions or personal concerns. 

• Cancellations: Must be done 24-48 hours in advance. If cancelling your appointment after standard business hours (9 am-5 pm), please leave a voicemail or text with your name, number, and appointment time. We understand emergencies arise and provide our clients with 2 opportunities to cancel their appointment outside the standard allotted time frame. Please keep in mind that deposits will not be forfeited. However, this can be reviewed on a case by case basis and is solely based upon my decision.

• Late/No-Shows: Please note that punctuality is much appreciated. In the event you are running late, please communicate this as soon as possible in order to determine if your appointment will need to be rescheduled. There will be a 5-10 minute grace period only, as I do not like to rush my services on my clients. Anything over the 5-10 minute grace period will automatically need to be rescheduled and deposits will not be forfeited. In addition, a new deposit will be needed for your next appointment. Keep in mind that if you do not notify your tardiness accordingly, it will be an automatic no-show. Communication is key! If you accumulate a history of too many no-shows, I hold the right to decide to not offer any of my services, and you will be placed on a “No-Show List.”

• To avoid any delays in your transformation goal, you may opt to have a service done the same day as your consultation. For this, 2 separate appointments will need to be made: 1) your initial consultation and 2) your desired service, with a deposit. If at the end of the consultation, I come to the conclusion that you are not a candidate for specific reasons due to your health, your deposit may be reimbursed.

• Each service requires a $30 deposit (with the exception of the bundle services which require an $80 deposit), this will go towards your balance/price and it will also secure your appointment spot. If you fail to secure your service with a deposit, please keep in mind that another client or myself, can secure that spot, should the other client be deposit ready.

• Payments can be made through Zelle/Venmo/Cash ONLY. No checks, please.
